Returning Goods

1. All stock items may be returned within 14 days of collection / delivery for a full refund at our discretion. All items must be undamaged and returned in original boxes. We are only able to accept returns of full boxes.
2. Special order goods – Unfortunately we do not accept returns of goods not carried in stock or ordered in as a special order from our suppliers.
3. Job lot / Special offer – If you are purchasing goods from us as a ‘Job Lot’ or ‘Special Offer’ these goods are made available from mixed, old or previous batches of tiles or discontinued goods. These items are non-returnable. These goods will be labelled in the showroom and identified as a ‘Job Lot’, ‘Special Offer’ or ‘Clearance’.
